To qualify:

  • Vinyl rolls must be unused, uncut, and uninstalled

  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately with photos. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

Can I return opened wrap film?

Opened or used wrap cannot be returned unless verified as defective, since wrap film cannot be resold once opened.

How much vinyl do I need for my vehicle?

Vehicle size varies, but general guidelines are:

  • Small cars: 50–60 ft

  • Trucks/SUVs: 60–75 ft

Yes. Our wrap films are beginner-friendly and feature air-release technology, making them easier for DIY users. Many customers successfully wrap their own vehicles with patience and the right tools.


What tools do I need to install vinyl wrap?

Basic installation tools include a squeegee, heat gun, blade, microfiber towels, surface cleaner (isopropyl alcohol), and optional knifeless tape. These tools help ensure a smooth, clean installation.


How do I prepare my vehicle before installing wrap?

Clean the vehicle thoroughly with soap and water, remove all wax or grease with isopropyl alcohol, and ensure the surface is fully dry. For best results, remove dirt from edges, seams, and trim areas.
